friendship

last night as i drove down chruch street
i realized what two of my favorite qualities are in a friend
#1: honesty
#2: generousness

tonight, not only did Brian let me borrow his amp w/out hesitation
he and Lindsay also loaded me up w/ enough soup to feed four or five people
and a nice loaf of real bread
you don't come by friends like this very often
you just don't

there is no concern for equality or fairness
or make sure i get my lock-n-lock back
just open-hearted generousness
