life migration
before we got married...we wanted to start our lives together with the same purpose...not me joining her life and schedule...and not her joining my life and schedule...but purposefully moving forward together in one direction...yesterday, four months later, we started that journey. it wasn't our timing...or the they way i thought it would happen...but it is happening...and it is freeing. it meant leaving things we loved (love) and embracing things i don't know if we'll love (loved). but we are together.
brian, your words mean more than you know.

Two Wonderful Monsters
This weekend we met someone new...Rowan Asher Weldon. He is new to the area, actually pretty new to the world. He came here at 12:10am on Jan 25, 2008. He's a pretty laid back kinda guy, pretty quiet when you first meet him but he really warms up to you after awhile. He has these unmistakably cute lips and very very soft skin. For his size (8lb 7oz 20in) he really can be intimidating at times. We've known his older brother (Foster Kade Weldon) for almost 2 years now. He is by far one of my favorite people in the world. He is very excited about life and I like to think that we are very much alike in that, if we have to do something, we try and have fun doing it.

New Music Night
Tonight my sister is in labor...having little guy #2.
Tonight Foster ran and gave me hug...every time i said "Foster come give me a hug" and it made me feel like a real uncle.
Tonight Shawna and Lauren pulled a new music switcheroo....Lauren bought Cary Brothers and Shawna bought Joshua Radin and they traded. So tomorrow we will all have new music to enjoy or not. We are going to see them both in March on the hotelcafetour. You should to.

So here we are
somewhere in my mind...a few years ago...I looked at my friends and said...someday I'll be like them...and when I am...I'll make a blog...so now I am like them...and now I have a blog...now we have a blog. (the "we" makes me like them)
