but respect them

i work with a wide range of people
some as younge as 19, 20, 21
some as old as 60+ i'd imagine

the thing i've realized most in this past year
is that no matter the age
some people are always the same

if you let your mind think logically
you could conclude that the older someone gets
the more responsible and truthful they become
you would think that all those years of experience and trial/error
would teach them responsibility and honesty and character

the reality is
this isn't always true
some people just don't change

so you have to be on the alert
you can't let their age throw you off
you have to pay more attention and listen to what they mean
not what they're saying
cause they've learned what to say
but they still mean the same thing
they just know how to point the fingers now
beware - some people never change
